I accept all major credit cards through my secure payment processing partner Worldpay.  I can accept telephone orders, please call 01420 561950.  If you prefer you can also make payment by cheque but please be aware that if you do so your order will take a little longer to reach you.  Payments must be made in GB Pounds (£).

 

 

 

For orders placed between Monday and 12.00 pm on Friday, goods will be dispatched within 24 hours.  For orders placed after 12.00 pm on Friday, during the weekend or on a bank holiday goods will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

 

Orders up to 4kg in weight will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail plus Recorded Delivery so a signature will be required upon arrival of the goods.  Orders over 4 kg will be sent by the Parcelforce 48 service, again a signature will be required.  Goods should reach you within 48 hours of dispatch (please see above).  Delivery charges are based upon the weight of goods orderded (this applies to UK customers only).  If you are outside of the UK and wish to purchase products then please "Contact  Us" so that I can arrange delivery to you.

   

 

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased I will always be happy to refund you.  Simply return the item, unused and in the original packaging together with a copy of your receipt within 14 days.  Please obtain proof of posting.  On receipt of the item I will issue you with an immediate refund or replacement.  (With the exception of instances of goods being faulty, please note that the refund will exclude and postage, packing & insurance costs that were incurred during the original order).  Please "Contact Us" prior to returning an item so that I am aware that it is being returned and can deal promptly with your refund upon its receipt.
